Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy
Returns Policy
Most new, unworn, and unaltered items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition with original tags attached and the boot box in unused condition. Boots may be tried on indoors only on a clean surface such as carpet.
If a return is approved due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will provide a return label at no cost to you. For all other returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for returned items will be issued minus the original outbound shipping cost. Expedited shipping charges and shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an approved warranty claim.

Return requests are typically reviewed within one business day.
Refunds are generally processed within 2 weeks after the return is received. Processing time includes return transit, inspection, and bank processing time.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same model only and are limited to one exchange per order.

Once the original item is received and approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost if available.
Warranty and Manufacturer Defects
If you believe your boots have a manufacturer defect, contact cs@bellevillebootstore.com with a detailed description and photos if applicable.
Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and final determination is made by the manufacturer. If approved, a return label will typically be provided and a replacement issued after inspection. If the product is no longer available, a refund may be issued.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship to that location.
- Estimated delivery to most European countries, Australia, and New Zealand is approximately 2 weeks after shipment (varies by customs and local carrier conditions)
- Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- Shipping costs are calculated by weight and dimensions
- We may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on the fastest and most reliable option at time of shipment
- International orders may require 3–5 business days for processing and may ship once or twice weekly based on volume
All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or an undeliverable address, the return will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or circumstances outside our control.
